I came of age in the ’60’s and the Moosewood Era. My family of four children practically grew up in my Hudson Valley kitchen, watching and helping me prepare delicious, healthy food, including my special granola. For years, the family (which now includes 10 grandkids) has been encouraging me to share my recipe with the world, so I finally gave in and Upstate Granola was born. I’m especially proud of the local, high quality and mostly organic ingredients I put into each batch. This is the very granola I still bake for my own family. Please enjoy, and send me feedback!
